    Sometimes we feel a bit less motivated to exercise to become the best version of ourselves. Here you can join an accessible strength workout for both beginners and intermediates so you can become more physically fit while meeting others with similar goals.

    • This even is hosted by is a certified personal trainer. (NASM)
    • Share your fitness level and or injuries with the host so adaptations can be made when needed.

    We will be doing the exercises in a group rotating between the fitness equipment in the park. Duration is slightly dependant on the turnout, but overal it's a 1h20 to 1h40 session.

    Post-workout food together is definitely on the table if there's interest!

    What you need:
    • 0.75l to 1.5 liters of water
    • Willingness to give it your all
    • Appropriate clothing and perhaps spare t-shirt because you are bound to break a sweat.

    Where:
    Please arrive at Jordan mtr street level exit C2 at 10:30am. We will leave for the fitness facilities in Kowloon Park at that time.

    What we'll do:
    • Warm-up
    • Pull-ups / squats and lunges
    • Dips / Body Rows
    • Push-ups and planks

    Notes:
    • This is a free event.
    • Late cancellation will be regarded as a no-show.
    • During light rain, the event will be moved to an area that is sheltered in the park. Heavy rainfall will lead to postponing the event to next week.

  • Evening Hike to Victoria Peak (slow and easy 🐢🐢🐢)

    In conjunction with Worklife Balance 444.
    We will have 2 Meetup groups, 1 from Worklife Balance 444 and the other from Bodyweight Fitness Workout but hosted by the same person.

    Let's gather @ Central (M&S) and walk up to Victoria Peak together. We can smell the freshness from the trees, we can enjoy the countless stars in the sky or we can enjoy the never ending conversation ...
    It suitable for majority able people, slope and some steps but most importantly the amazing scene of HK ! We may get chance to say hi to wild animals but please respect their habitats, you don't like another person storm in to your "home" :D
    Meeting point: M&S, Central (near Exit D, Central MTR)
    Meeting time: 6:00 pm (no latecomers)
    *PLEASE bring headlights as some of the trails will be very dark. 💡

    • Jumprope if you have one
    • Appropriate clothing

    Where:
    Please arrive at Jordan MTR exit C1 street level at 3:30pm, we will leave for Kowloon Park at that time.

    What we'll do:
    • Warm-up and stretch
    • Pull-ups / squats and lunges
    • Dips / push-ups
    • Body rows / burpees
