What we’re about
Many people struggle with getting started or sticking with the habit of exercising.
Here you can meet likeminded people and get training with a general workout routine targeting most of the major muscle groups to keep you fit and give you a baseline to work with, in your quest to be stronger and healthier. So you can maintain the same eating habits without worrying as much about the calories, be happier and proud of the strength gains you have always looked forward to making while making new friends.
We will do pull-ups, band assisted pull-ups, squats, lunges, dips, body rows, push-ups and in its variations depending on your skill level.

We will have 2 Meetup groups, 1 from Worklife Balance 444 and the other from Bodyweight Fitness Workout but hosted by the same person.Let's gather @ Central (M&S) and walk up to Victoria Peak together. We can smell the freshness from the trees, we can enjoy the countless stars in the sky or we can enjoy the never ending conversation ...
It suitable for majority able people, slope and some steps but most importantly the amazing scene of HK ! We may get chance to say hi to wild animals but please respect their habitats, you don't like another person storm in to your "home" :D

We will be doing the exercises in a group rotating between the fitness equipment in the park.
What you need:
• 1 to 1.5 liters of water
• Willingness to give it your all
• Jumprope if you have one

• This is a free event.
• Late cancellation will be regarded as a no-show.
